You need to have someone or somewhere host it and then provide a link kind of like posting a picture only bigger and more complicated :-). (to put it in the least geek way possible).

I dunno about uploading mp3s, but I DO know that that was such a nice comment you put on my, uh-hem, Linkup page. Me? Your sister? Sold! I'll take it.
