Are you kidding me?

This was the best selling Valentine's Day greeting card this year. On the inside it says, "Each time I see you, hold you, think of you, here's what I do... I fall deeply, madly, happily in love with you. Happy Valentine's Day."

Bleck. (How do you spell that?) And don't tell me that I just don't understand because I've never been deeply, madly, happily in love. C'mon, it's even badly written. It has a red rose on it. For pete's sake. Bleck.

You're right; it is badly written. And the use of colours just doesn't feel right. It makes me think of candy or a cadaver. First one and then the other.

And it's usually spelled "Blech."

Oooooh. That is bad. Yikes. Somebody messed up there. Well, I guess it's not actually a "mess up." I always look at those kind of cards and think, "Wow, that is the cheesiest thing I've ever seen." But I guess there are a lot of people who actually like that kind of thing. Weird.

I sent Jonathan a snoopy valentine. You can usually rely on those to be sweet, without overdoing it.

Ian: While it may be spelled b-l-e-c-h, that sounds a little too much like belch, so I think I'll stick with my creative spelling.

Sara: Show me guy that actually bought that card, and I'll show you a guy that wants to get some.

G: If I ever receive a Valentine's Day card, I hope it's a Snoopy one.

Mr. Clark: Oedipus complex? (Just kidding.)

I beg to differ with everyone. Somebody didn't mess up because apparently it was the number one selling Valentine card. The important question to ask, though, is who are "these" people purchasing this card and where do "they" come from?

My Dad thinks Walmart is wonderful... all those different things to buy, and under one roof. But then he nearly died of the excitement when they opened a Chili's in Saudi. It's time he lived in a real country.

Don't get me started on WalMart. I'll rant for hours about the pleasures of having a Super WalMart in my backyard.
